八段锦列入中国新冠患者康复方案

截止北京时间2020年4月15日22时,全球新冠肺炎确诊病例累计超过200万例——说明这个“冬天”还没有完全过去。

As of 22pm
Beijing time on April 15, the total global Covid-19 cases has exceeded 2,000,000. It means this “winter” is still not over yet.

目前全球累计治愈超51万例。其中中国累计治愈超7.8万例,对于治愈患者,还要进一步促进其全程康复。

中国国家卫生健康委办公厅2020年3月4日印发《新冠肺炎出院患者康复方案(试行)》(国卫办医函〔2020〕189号),其中第(三)条“康复治疗方法”中的第2点“躯体功能训练”中提到:“有氧运动:针对患者合并的基础疾病和遗留功能障碍问题制订有氧运动处方。包括踏步、慢走、快走、慢跑、游泳、太极拳、八段锦等运动形式。”

At present, over
510,000 cases have been cured globally. Among them, more than 78,000 cases have been cured in China, and their full recovery shall be further promoted.

On March 4, 2020, the General Office of National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China issued
“The Rehabilitation Program for Covid-19 Discharged Patients (Trial)"
, of which the 2nd point "Body Function Training" in article 3 "The Rehabilitation Methods" mentioned: "Aerobic exercise: prescription of aerobic exercise for patients with combined underlying diseases and residual dysfunction. These include stepping, walking slowly, walking fast, jogging, swimming, Taijiquan,
Baduanjin
and other forms of exercise."




更早前,中国国家卫生健康委基层司2020年2月24日印发《基层医疗卫生机构在新冠肺炎疫情防控期间为老年人慢性病患者提供医疗卫生服务指南(试行)》(国卫基层家医便函〔2020〕2号),其中第二部分“优化健康管理服务”第七条提到:“指导老年人、慢性病患者保证充足睡眠,均衡营养,居家适度活动,根据自身条件及环境选择广播体操、八段锦等运动。”

Previously on February 24, 2020, the Grassroots Division of National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China issued
“Guidelines for Primary Medical and Health Institutions to Provide Medical and Health Services for Elderly Patients with Chronic Diseases during Covid-19 Prevention and Control Period (trial)”, the article 7 in the second part "Optimizing Health Management Service" mentioned: "To guide the elderly and patients with chronic diseases to assure enough sleep, balanced nutrition, moderate exercise at home, choose the radio gymnastics,
Baduanjin
and other movements according to their own conditions and environment."

上期内容回顾:健身气功与“观”

习练健身气功的第四个要诀,就是“观”。所谓“观”,就是观察和体会。在我们功法练习过程中,每做一个动作,我们要把注意力收回来,静静地体会这个动作给我们的身体、呼吸以至精神带来什么样的影响。换句话说,就是我们每做一个动作,都要知道这个动作在练习我们身体的哪一个部位?有什么样的感觉?通过这样的练习,我们才能够逐步地、更进一步地把我们的动作规范,才能更符合这个动作所要达到的目的。比如“两手托天理三焦”,到底怎么样才能够把“三焦”调理到?这个不是仅仅靠看书或者别人讲就可以理解的。一定要通过自己身体的体会,才能够慢慢地理解,才能够真实地理解。比如两手向上托,要向上,而同时两脚要向下沉,身体的中间部位却要放松。只有这种状态,我们同一个动作里面有向上的力、向下的力,还有中间放松的这个状态,才能符合“上焦如雾、中焦如沤、下焦如渎”三焦的生理状态。也就是说只有达到这样的动作要求,才能够达到调理三焦的目的。所以我们健身气功的练习,更多是通过身体的体会。我经常给学生们说,想要练好健身气功,一个字:练;三个字:练、练、练。

Health Qigong OBSERVATION

The fourth keyword for Health Qigong practice is "Observation". To "observe" is to view and experience. During our practice, every time we make a move, we need to withdraw our attention and quietly feel what effect the move has on our body, breathing and spirit. In other words, for every move we make, we need to know which part of our body is being exercised with this move and how it feels. Through this kind of practice, we can gradually further standardize our moves to be more consistent with the goal. For instance,

Hands Holding up the Sky to Regulate the Triple Burners,
how on earth can we really regulate the
Sanjiao
or triple burners? This is not something that can be understood just by reading or listening to someone. You have to feel it with your own body before you are able to understand it slowly but truly. For example, when holding your hands up, they need to go up while your feet go down and the middle part of your body is relaxed. Only in this state can we have the upward force, downward force, and relaxation in the middle, all in the same action. This way, we are in tune with the physiological state of the triple burners:"The upper burner is like a fog; the middle burner, rotten; the lower burner, water." That is to say, only when we meet such requirements in our moves can we achieve the aim of regulating the triple burners. For this reason, Health Qigong practice is more by way of experience through our body. I often tell my students: If you want to practice Health Qigong well. There is but ONE word: PRACTICE. Or THREE words: PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!
